Our small iLCD panel with dimensions of only 45x77x7.5 mm (without mounting tabs) has almost all the features of the larger models and is compatible with them in terms of both software and hardware. Java VMs can only be activated on the larger iLCD panels with DPC3090 controller.
The DPP-CTS2440 contains the 32-bit iLCD controller DPC3050 and a 2 MB flash memory for images, text, fonts and macros. Like all other iLCDs, this model can also be operated in 90°, 180° or 270° mode, so that the most preferred landscape mode with 400×240 pixels can also be set via software.
The excellent TFT display with very bright LED backlight can display graphics with full 16-bit color depth or with 8-bit (with automatically generated 16-bit palette) color depth. As is usual with iLCD panels, animated graphics (color GIF images) can also be displayed quickly and easily.
A Evaluation-Kit with extra circuit board with FFC connector and ribbon cable, all required cables, plug-in power supply and a CD with software and comprehensive documentation is available.
